Sitting here just looking outside

Night winds the fear in me goes by

My mind is running but I’m getting nowhere
I’m feeling scared because I know they don’t care
They don’t know the way I’m feeling inside
They don’t understand, don’t even try
The days are shorter and the nights are longer
This feeling in me just keeps getting stronger
